European Project Promoting Equal Opportunities

The Fourth Transnational Meeting

Pixel participated in the fourth meeting of the GEEA (Gender Equality and Entreprenership for All) European project, which was held on 10-11 October 2016 in Valencia (Spain). The GEEA project, funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme KA2 Strategic Partnerships supporting Innovation - is promoted by Collegiul National Unirea (Romania), while Pixel is the project partner in charge of quality assessment and dissemination. The GEEA European project aims at raising awareness of equal opportunities in VET education and at promoting entrepreneurship education to tackle gender gap. During the fourth meeting, the European project partners described the activities aiming to develop the key competences identified as related to both entrepreneurship and gender equality. Those activities will be included in the training package. In addition, the European project partners agreed upon the structure and the contents of other two deliverables, the teachers’ guide and the students’ kit.
