A group of  18 teachers and experts from Romania spent a week in Florence, at Pixel, between 19 and 24 October 2015 to work on equal opportunities issues. The objective of the Study Visit was to give participants the opportunity to: acquire a better understanding of equal opporunities in Italy and in Tuscany; acquire knowledge about the current policies and strategies in the field of equal opportunities;  share best practices with successful female managers at public and private level; develop new contacts and explore opportunities of cooperation with public and private institutions operating in the field of equal opportunities. During the study visit, a training course was organized by Pixel as well as meetings between the Romanian group and successful female managers and public key policy makers operating in the field of equal opportunities.
