I met Elisabetta Delle Donne and all the staff members of Pixel when I attended the enticing international conference “New Perspectives in Science Education” in Florence. Impressed by the organisation of the congress, I also had the opportunity to plan to write a Strategic Partnership Erasmus+ Project on the cutting-edge subject of Complex Systems. We submitted a proposal that was funded by the European Union. During the project, I appreciated the organisational support of all the members of the Pixel unit. Particularly, I was impressed by the precision and patience with which Lorenzo Martellini led his Pixel unit and the organizational and management parts of the project, along with his colleagues. We have worked with Pixel in the framework of the Erasmus+ Project KA220-HED  “Voices of Immigrant Women” VIW: their involvement in the project has been key to ensuring proper management. Thanks to the excellent programming, management and coordination of technical and economic issues, we have exceeded the objectives we had set for ourselves with the implementation of the project. This has allowed us to improve the quality of the results obtained in VIW, with the project being recognized by  the Erasmus+ Spanish National Agency SEPIE as an example of good practice. My collaboration with Pixel on the SMILD and PASTILLE projects, funded by the European Commission with the Erasmus+ Programme, Cooperation Partnerships in the field of Higher Education, has been a hallmark of innovation and shared goals in education. Pixel's role was pivotal, offering administration support, mediation with partners, and developing the projects' digital platforms.  SMILD aimed to support students with mathematics learning disabilities through a toolkit designed for educators. The success of SMILD paved the way for PASTILLE, focusing on Italian language teaching through cultural and interdisciplinary approaches. The European Erasmus plus projects for public health institutions are a challenging opportunity for professional growth for practitioners, implementation of new methodologies and virtuous spillovers in terms of developing services for citizens. It is a pleasure for me to work with Pixel Institution, Elisabetta Delle Donne and all her team (Lorenzo Martellini, Andrea Anzarello, Andrea Peraldo). We began our collaboration eight years ago when we drafted the project Softiskils in Pediatrics. The beginning was a little bit hesitant and at that time I could not imagine that we will win the project and also that we will finalize it. However, the big expertise of the team and their constant supervision of every step turned the wheel around and provided us very good management and support in the financial management of our project, which was a success. Later, during the last years we also received every time we needed their support with the Erasmus+ project and with other European calls, and again we applied for a partnership Erasmus+ project in 2022, and won and implemented the project Innovative skills for Nurses. I got to know Pixel through an Erasmus+ European project in the field of Higher Education. It was my first participation as project manager in my organisation and I had no experience in project management. Despite all the paperwork involved, it was very easy thanks to the support I received from Pixel. Following that, the idea of another project that I should coordinate came up. It was very clear to me. I accepted the challenge,  on the condition that Pixel was a partner as their contribution was essential to the success of the project.

First of all, I would like to thank you so much for the knowledge and skills gained during this amazing experience!!!  I was looking for job opportunities and/or post graduate courses. I have found the International Master in EU Projects Planning and Management organised by Pixel and I have decided to take this challenge with the hope to improve my professional skills and to find easier a good job. I HAVE TO SAY THAT ENROLLING IN THIS PROGRAMME WAS ONE OF THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE: I am about to complete the program and I have 3 job offers on my hands at present!!! Now I have to decide which one will be the best opportunity for my professional career. I really want to thank you again and I am more then satisfied with the Master!!! I will highly recommend it!

CONEXX-EU has been collaborating with the master European Project Planning and Management for more than 10 years in which we have hosted several interns in our organisation.
During this time the experiences we have accumulated have been highly positive and mutually enriching. The students come to us extremely well trained and eager to put into practice all the knowledge they have acquired.
