Second Transnational Meeting for the Heppy project

The second meeting of the Heppy project was held in Madrid on 28 - 29 June 2012. The aim of the Heppy project, that is funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme – Leonardo Development of Innovation Subprogramme, is to to provide professional health carers with the necessary skills to develop an holistic approch with patients with chronic diseases. During the meeting, the project partners assessed the results of the research activity carried out and discussed the training contents on the topic of home care assistance.
