European Project dealing with Obesity and Eating Disorders

Third Transnational Meeting

Pixel organized and coordinated the third transnational meeting of the European project entitled Connected 4 Health which took place on 23 – 24 March 2023 at Pixel premises in Florence (Italy). The European project entitled Connected 4 Health was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education. The C4H project was written and coordinated by the project applicant and scientific coordinator University of Targu Mures, based in Targu Mures (Romania) in cooperation with Pixel, also supporting the coordination of the planning process. The Connected4Health project proposes a connected interdisciplinary action expects to achieve an in-depth understanding of obesity, EDs, their stigma and harm from grassroots levels (historical, social, personal perspective), deconstructing current narratives in the public discourses and creating a new narrative that will contribute to the reduction of body-shape stigma and bias. During the third meeting, the European project partners presented the final version of the PR1 Handbook and discussed the translation in all the national languages. Moreover, the draft version of the contents for the PR2 Syllabus of Seminar was presented and discussed, as well as the templates to be used for the last Project Result.
