Established in 2001 in İzmir –Turkey, Yasar University has quickly become an ideal environment for research, personal development and learning by its 9 faculties (Law, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, Communication, Art and Design, Science and Letters, Architecture, Business and Humanities), 2 graduate schools, vocational school, EU Research Centre, Open and Distance Learning Centre, Knowledge & Technology Transfer Office and Continuing Education Centre. I was very pleased of the internship: the tasks were very motivating and the team was very kind. I was given a detailed information package at the beginning of the internship with all the relevant links and documents on the activities carried out by the Centre. I had an “orientation week” that gave me the time to get familiar with the team and the tasks. The description of the tasks could not be better for me, as I was actually very greatly surprised as they are giving me also the opportunity of doing a research work that will be published in academic sites, under the supervision of the Director.

Chief, EU Research Center in Yasar University Established in 2001, Yaşar University has become one of the leading HEIs of Turkey by its 9 faculties, Graduate School with several programs, vocational school and its research centers; EU Research Centre, Open and Distance Learning Centre, Knowledge & Technology Transfer Office and Continuing Education Centre. Yaşar University serves more than 10.000 students with around 500 academic staff. More than 60 different degree programs are offered in its departments and the English is the medium of instruction for most of them.
The Center has cooperated with Pixel as a partner in EU projects and as a hosting organization for European Project Planning and Management International Master for years. Hosting international trainees at our Center has contributed to the cross-cultural working environment. The increased internationalization brought new and diverse perspectives in project planning and management. The partnership also provided our tutors with mentoring and guidance skills.
Yaşar University EU Center would like to congratulate Pixel for the 10th edition of the Master program and continue our fruitful bilateral cooperation in the following editions and other areas.
