Fédération départementale Familles Rurales de Maine et Loire was in 1947. Its main activities are:  supporting parents in their educational mission, responding to the needs of families and defending their interests, local entertainment and activity services thanks to a network made up of 140 local associations, 13,000 member families, 1,500 volunteers and 900 employees.
