Description
Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje (UKIM), founded in 1949, is North Macedonia’s largest and most prominent public university. It comprises 23 faculties, 5 institutes, and 4 public organizations, offering programs across all three cycles in sciences, technology, medicine, biotechnics, social sciences, humanities, and arts. UKIM counts 28,538 students—25,701 undergraduate, 1,479 postgraduate, and 1,378 doctoral—supported by 1,471 staff. It delivers 359 undergraduate, 204 master’s, and 80 doctoral programs, ranking as the nation’s top institution.
