The University of Naples Federico II (UNINA), established in 1224, is one of oldest public university in Italy. With 176 degree courses, 26 departments, 43 research centers, 37 PhD programs, more than 2,500 faculty members, and over 80,000 enrolled students, UNINA provides a vast and diverse academic environment. Committed to internationalization, the university actively promotes student exchanges and collaborations with institutions around the world, broadening opportunities for global learning and cultural exchange. UNINA coordinates the Interuniversity Center for Teacher Training (CIFI), which delivers more than 300 courses to 1000 prospective secondary school teachers in the areas of pedagogy, educational psychology, school legislation and disciplinary didactics.
