Description
The Jagiellonian University, founded in 1364, is Poland’s oldest and one of its largest academic institutions. With over 650 years of tradition, it remains a leading center of humanities and scientific research, consistently ranked among the top Polish universities internationally. The University comprises 16 faculties, over 4,000 academic staff, and around 44,000 students, including more than 3,000 from abroad. Offering over 100 study programs, including several in English, it actively participates in global research initiatives and collaborates with prestigious institutions through programs such as Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe.
