The Future of Education, International Conference

The third edition of the International Conference “The Future of Education” will take place in Florence on 13 - 14 June 2013.

The aim of the Future of Education Conference is to promote the sharing of good practice and transnational cooperation in the field of the application of innovative education and training strategies, methodologies and solutions.

The Future of Education conference will also be an excellent opportunity for the presentation of previous and current projects and innovative initiatives in the field of education.

The Future of Education conference focuses on the following topics:

- Innovative Teaching and Learning Methodologies
- Education and New Technologies
- Media Literacy Education
- E-learning
- Distance Education
- Human Computer Interaction
- Learning Games
- Art Education
- Music Education

The Call for Papers, in the Future of Education Conference’s framework, is addressed to teachers and experts as well as to coordinators of projects and initiatives in the field of education and training.

Teachers and experts in the field of education and trainers are invited to submit an abstract of a paper to be presented during the Future of Education Conference. The abstract should be written in English (500 words) and sent via e-mail to [email protected] no later than 21 January 2013.

Important dates for the second edition of the Future of Education Conference
- 21 January 2013: Deadline for submitting abstracts
- 11 February 2013: Notification of Acceptance / Rejection
- 25 March 2013: Deadline for final submission of papers
- 13-14 June 2013: Dates of the conference

At the Future of Education Conference there will be three presentation modalities: Oral and poster presentations (in-person) and virtual (for those who cannot attend in person)

An ISBN publication will be produced with all the accepted papers.
