European Project promoting Creativity at School

Staff Training

Pixel organized and coordinated a staff training in the framework of the European project entitled Nurturing Creativity in Education: Restoring Power. The staff training was held on 1 – 3 February 2023 at Pixel premises in Florence (Italy). The European project entitled Nurturing Creativity in Education: Restoring Power was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, Partnerships for Creativity in the field of School Education. The Nurturing Creativity in Education: Restoring Power was written and coordinated by Restorative Justice for All International Institute (United Kingdom) and involves Pixel in the transnational partnership. The project aims at equipping young people and adults with the necessary tools and competencies needed to come up with creative and innovative solutions to face unprecedented risks and societal challenges and at training teachers/educators in the use of new methods and tools related to creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. The aim of the training was that of applying various creative learning methods in order to promote inclusion, tolerance, diversity and critical thinking. Participants were offered the possibility to experience the positive impact of applying Creative Methods for Successful Inclusion in the overall learning environment.
