Institut Za Ratarstvo I Povrtarstvo Institut Od Nacionalnog Znacaja Za Republiku Srbiju - Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops was established in 1938 and began operating as an Agricultural Experimental and Control Station. The Station was located in the building constructed in 1938, where the Institute Head Office has remained to this day.
