The European project entitled MathE - Improve Math Skills in Higher Education - is addressed to Maths lecturers teaching to first year students at Higher Education level. The aim of the project is to provide these lecturers with practical tools and strategies to assess the entry level and knowledge of Maths of students enrolled in the first year of the departments of Maths, Physics and Engineering.

Students of scientific and economics subjects at higher education level often lack the basic math skills to effectively follow their lectures
Objectives
Enhance the quality of teaching and improve pedagogies and assessment methods by:

- Providing Math teachers with appropriate digital sources
- Enhancing transnational sharing of innovative teaching sources
