Autonomy and Well-Ageing Reinforcement for the adult people with Down Syndrome – AWARDS

The European project entitled Autonomy and Well-Ageing Reinforcement for the adult people with Down Syndrome –AWARDS was written and coordinated by Uluslararasi Down Sendromu Federasyonu based in Istanbul (Turkey) and involves Pixel in the transnational partnership. The project was funded by the European Commission in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, KA2 - Strategic Partnerships for Adult Education. The aim of the AWARDS European project is to improve the competences of families and professionals of the adults with Down Syndrome to gain their skills of autonomy and increase their life quality through innovative training methods in order to reinforce active and well-ageing of them.
