Elena Cellai is teacher at Siena Italian Studies in the courses “Italy land of migrations: emigration and immigration through history” and “European development policies” addressed to undergraduate American students. She is full professor at IES Abroad Foundation in the courses “EU Economic policies and their impact on the global food market” e “Italy and the Economic Integration of Europe”. She is project manager and coordinator of several EU co-funded projects, mainly in the fields of youth, professional training, education, intercultural education and languages. Graduated in Political Sciences – International Relations, she is a postdoctoral researcher in Management of EU co-funded projects.

Fiora Biagi is teacher at International Center for Intercultural Exchange in Siena and Ulisse cultural association. She is a postdoctoral researcher in “Language teaching to foreigners”. Amongst her publications “Reflective Intercultural Competence (RIC) and its assessment: The RICA Model”, in Nash E.J, Brown, N.C. and Bracci L., (Eds.), Intercultural Horizons – Best Practices in Intercultural Competence Development, Cambridge Scholars Publishing, Newcastle.
